Adds test coverage for TEXTAREA elements with leading carriage return (\r) and carriage return + newline (\r\n), matching the comprehensive test coverage for PRE and LISTING elements.

Changes

test_modifiable_text_special_textarea_carriage_return() - Tests \r normalization and preservation
test_modifiable_text_special_textarea_carriage_return_newline() - Tests \r\n normalization and preservation
Both tests verify get_modifiable_text() returns normalized content and assertEqualHTML() confirms doubled newline in output

Current Status

Tests expose implementation gap: TEXTAREA doesn't normalize \r/\r\n to \n and preserve leading newlines like PRE/LISTING elements do. Tests will pass when implementation matches PRE/LISTING behavior.
