Verify fresh default review-app deployment

Why

Run one disposable fresh-default review-app verification replay for issue #784 after the reviewed repairs landed on master.

This PR intentionally contains one empty commit and no file changes. It exists only to exercise the trusted default-branch review-app workflow from a fresh PR. It must be closed unmerged after deployment, behavioral smoke testing, and teardown evidence are complete.

Verification plan

• Confirm the automatic PR-open workflow takes the documented fresh-app skip path and does not perform an effective deployment.
• Post exactly one +review-app-deploy command to create and deploy the fresh review app.
• Observe build, rollout/readiness, browser-capable behavioral smoke, and explicit teardown.
• Close this PR unmerged and verify the automatic close-trigger cleanup reaches terminal success.
