Second post-merge QA replay exceeded the configured deployment observation bound. Exact-source setup, review-app creation, and image build passed, but deployment never reached a durable success or health conclusion within the bound and was canceled before cleanup. Endpoint, SSR/RSC, client behavior/navigation, console, and unhappy-path evidence are therefore UNKNOWN. Explicit cleanup passed. Closing unmerged as required; issue #784 remains open with no waiver.
