This fixes a typo in the bsv RDL stuff because it was in my way.
This also adds a bunch of visibility to internal espi state and registers to hopefully better debug over some of our IPCC issues. Not much in the way of functional change here, just adjusting a few things to make bringing out the debug signals easier. We didn't have as much visibility as desired here so this increases that.
