Allows user to change the port of the dev server by adding -p or --port= on the command line.
Shorter dest name makes help text more readable.
Removes unused rule sets. Simplifies form selectors.
Default form action is GET. for attribute is not needed when input is inside label.
Prevents form field activation when clicking on empty areas of form.
Darkens border between sections. Increases spacing between list items in footer.

Hoist the page <h1> and <footer> out of <main> so <main> holds only the parsing tools, and wrap each form in its own <section>. Reimplemented against the current template from the ideas in microformats#13. Co-Authored-By: Brian Tremblay <dev@btrem.com>
