Release hotdata v0.4.1.
0.4.1 was version-bumped by the regen workflow (#116) but never published, so this rolls the connection-reset retry change (#118) into the same release.
pyproject.tomlis already at 0.4.1; this consolidates the[Unreleased]notes into the dated[0.4.1]section.After merge, run
./scripts/release.sh publishfrom a cleanmaincheckout to tagv0.4.1.
