…t, self-improvement mandate, and full bilingual parity - .bmad-core/AGENTS.md master coordination doc with script inventory (62 scripts), gap lifecycle, handoff protocol - All 8 EN agents updated: GT-152/153/154 context, tools list, self-improvement section - All 8 ES agents: complete translations (were skeletons) - Removed stale tooling/automated-governance/ (Windows hardcoded paths) - Created deliverables/, backlog/, proposals/ directories - governance-gap.yaml workflow (candidate-evaluated-accepted-executable) - Split GT-152 into GT-152/153/154 sub-gaps in tracking and catalog - 100% bilingual parity, all docs validations pass
