Summary

Complete overhaul of BMAD agent definitions to make them capable of autonomously managing Evolith Core.

Changes

  • AGENTS.md — master coordination doc with full script inventory (62 scripts), gap lifecycle, handoff protocol, self-improvement mandate
  • All 8 EN agents — added Evolith Core governance context, GT-152/153/154 references, tools list, proactive optimization instructions
  • All 8 ES agents — completed full translations (were empty skeletons), restoring 100% bilingual parity
  • gap-tracking.md/catalog — split GT-152 into GT-152/153/154 sub-gaps
  • governance-gap.yaml — workflow covering candidate→evaluated→accepted→executable lifecycle
  • Removed stale tooling/automated-governance/
  • Created deliverables/, backlog/, proposals/ directories

Already validated on develop (PR #68). All 20 CI gates pass.
