The
InternalMergerandInternalMergewere type and trait that provided a template for internal-iteration merging and extraction. There are no internal (hah) users of this type, and it was a few hundred lines to pre-empt a copy/paste of the ~150 lines that it theVecMerger, which serves as a demonstration of how to implement aMerger.
