There is an overwhelming amount of changes on this branch and most of them can probably get removed but in the interest of time we want to merge this into main for better tracking

Merges labmate's environment config (ur_stand, shelf, environment_base,
tote collision pairs, new waypoints) while preserving ZED camera launch
files for agent PC.

- Update site location to top of tomato can to better mock the expected grasp approach output
- Comment out (now slightly ajar) tomato can collision object so planning does not fail
- Enable resetting the Mujoco sim

@arthurgomes4 please confirm your work to move to https://github.com/PickNikRoboticsServices/qualcomm_ws included this PR, so we can close this?

If it didn't, can you help rectify / merge this PR into that main branch?

I dont think this is a relevant PR anymore because the working branch binPick-009-config was the "pseudo main" branch of the qualcomm project. I made all my changes on top of the latest commit in this branch. So to answer the question, yes it handled in qualcomm ws and can be closed.
