What does this pull request do?

Adds experimental framework for the ENM "Pulling the Strings"

  • Restricts entry to 1 member at level 60 with no subjob.
  • Restricts DNC, SCH, RUN & GEO from registering for the battlefield.
  • Stores initiators job into a battlefield variable so it can be used in future PRs.
  • Creates and generates loot pools based off the initiators job, with an additional attachment chance if their job is PUP.

Steps to test these changes

Run Pulling the Strings as any pre-WOTG job, see that the correct loot table drops. Try to run on DNC/SCH/RUN/GEO, be denied entry.
