[No QA] Docs updates for E/A#92740 add Card Admin workspace role

Summary

Follow-up help site updates for #92740, which adds the Card Admin workspace role and renames the Admin role to Workspace Admin in member role surfaces.

Updated Managing-Workspace-Members.md to reflect the new behavior:

• Added the Card Admin role to the workspace roles list (manages workspace cards — Expensify Card and Company Cards — but cannot change other workspace settings; Control workspaces only).
• Renamed Admin → Workspace Admin in the roles list, the role filter, and the transfer-ownership step, matching the live UI copy.
• Added the Card Admins option to the role filter list and noted that Auditors and Card Admins are Control-only.
• Added card admin and auditor to the article keywords for retrieval.

All role and filter labels were verified against the merged UI copy in src/languages/en.ts (e.g. roleName returns Workspace Admin, filter labels Workspace Admins / Card Admins).
