The public README status block and docs/README "current state" still claimed v0.3.0. Update to v0.4.0 and describe the release: non-extrusion toolpaths (CNC/laser/plotter) — MoveKind.Cut, modal toolPower, canned cycles, dialect recognition + validation tiers (GRBL-laser hardware-validated), power/cut-vs- rapid colors, STL export — all honesty-tiered, FDM byte-identical.
