Download full dataset

Use the step loaddata to download the full single cell images dataset:

cvapipe_analysis loaddata run --staging /path/to/staging/folder

This will download ~7Tb of raw images and then ~100Gb of corresponding segmented images. The whole process may take up to 20 hours.
