Analytics and Progress
Analytics turns workout history into progress views, PRs, readiness, and training feedback.
The bottom navigation includes Analytics and Smart Insights.
Analytics includes:
- Workout history.
- Progress views.
- Personal records.
- Exercise detail pages.
- Export/import tools for history and PR data.
Smart Insights includes:
- Readiness and training suggestions.
- Snapshot, Trends, Diagnostics, and Actions organization.
- Muscle-group and weekly-volume analysis.
- Time-of-day average-intensity analysis.
v0.9.1 includes Smart Insights correctness fixes for timestamp refreshes, clock-sensitive recomputation, weekly-volume calculations, muscle taxonomy, readiness cutoffs, and high-priority insight behavior.
History shows completed sessions and grouped routine sessions. You can filter by recent time periods and open session details.
History cards can include:
- Exercise or routine name.
- Date/time.
- Mode.
- Weight, reps, volume, and duration.
- PR indicators.
- Set summary details.
- Biomechanics or quality summaries when available.
Project Phoenix tracks PRs by exercise and mode. PRs include:
- Max weight.
- Max volume.
- Estimated 1RM.
- Combined, concentric, and eccentric phases where supported.
- Cable-aware display so per-cable and total-load semantics stay consistent.
Routine exercises can use % of PR targets when a PR exists. v0.9.1 includes fixes for dynamic percent-of-PR routine weights and saved fallback snapshots.
Exercise detail pages show:
- Estimated 1RM.
- 1RM progression.
- Volume progression.
- Exercise-specific history.
- A path to VBT-based 1RM assessment when connected to the trainer.
The Assess 1RM Launch Pad action opens a picker-based assessment flow. Exercise detail can also start assessment for a specific exercise.
Smart Insights is designed to help answer:
- What muscle groups have been trained recently?
- Is volume trending up or down?
- Are readiness cutoffs suggesting a lighter day?
- Are there actions worth taking before the next session?
Treat suggestions as training context, not medical advice.
Settings can enable or disable gamification. When enabled, the Badges screen shows achievements and streak-style progress.
Backups include earned badges, streak history, and gamification stats so they can be restored with the rest of your data.
