Most apps don't have a permissions page in the settings itself. I'd recommend a button in the settings to open the actual settings page of the app. And to check if notification/location permissions are given, you can have an icon in the main map page to show like a "no location" where the center to your current location button is. And for notificiations, if we have a page to store past notification history, if the user opens it you can prompt at the top with a "enable notification" button, but that can be invasive to constantly prompt the user for notification access. |

Fixes #144
Reorders settings items and adds permissions setting item so users can easily add permissions instead of having to redo setup. Also allow a direct link to app settings so users can remove permissions.
