Vigil is an open source, self-hostable uptime monitoring platform built on Laravel/PHP with Docker support. It provides:
Multi-region HTTP/API uptime checks with false-positive elimination via probe consensus

Heartbeat monitoring (dead-man's switch for cron jobs)
