Remove "Create named playlists of presets" as an upcoming feature

Since they've been a thing since 0.13 🔁

As a related issue, there being a playlist creation GUI could do with being documented, though the API commands are documented.

actually all of these have been implemented, maybe the entire roadmap page should be removed as its hard to maintain. The docs are a bit lacking in some parts, if you have suggestions, please feel free to add your knowledge

LOL. Wasn't sure about the ones I didn't PR to remove but was wondering.

I think it's still a useful page to have in the documentation.
But I found https://github.com/wled/WLED/milestones now which is updated.
So maybe it should just link to there?
