I think it's a bit strange to show the warning again here.
#### Global Install could probably be removed, since it mostly repeats the information already covered in ## Global Packages above.

This PR adds a warning for the document's global installation part, making sure users can know why and how the current Vite+'s global installation works, it also avoids confusing
<underlying pm> install -gandvp install -g.
