Thanks for picking this up. I had held off on this bump because of intel/Intel-Linux-Processor-Microcode-Data-Files#112: 06-aa-04 at 0x2a causes an instant hardware reset during early loading on Meteor Lake systems with older BIOS.

Upstream released microcode-20260812 the day after this one, pulling that blob. The 06-aa-04 in 20260812 is byte-identical to the one in 20260512 (back to 0x28), and the security content of 20260811 is otherwise intact.

Might be worth retargeting at 20260812.
