Testing the changes
some projects don't upgrade because of new standards (e.g. my fire mouse, theres a sketch in-use inside a body and it complains)
.config/FreeCAD made a backup, .config/FreeCAD/v1-1 (assume that's the backup and the above dir is current?)
the main plugin i use seems to work as before, 'align tool' Manipulator

libvtkWrappingPythonCore3 was not in shlibs and needed added
some previously invisible bars (with my custom theme anyway) are now visible :)
