Updates the log submodule pointer to include the standalone FetchContent fallback for fmt/spdlog before fetched utils is configured.\n\nValidated with:\n- cmake -S modules/log -B /tmp/vix-log-standalone-build -G Ninja -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release\n- cmake --build /tmp/vix-log-standalone-build\n- isolated FetchContent configure/build without local sibling utils and with fmt/spdlog package discovery disabled
