Bumps `@launchdarkly/vercel-server-sdk` to `^1.3.53`, which is built against `@vercel/edge-config@1.4.x`, and updates `@vercel/edge-config` accordingly. With `@launchdarkly/vercel-server-sdk@1.3.53` the client type lines up with `@vercel/global-config@1.5.0`, so the example can move back off `@vercel/edge-config` and the Edge Config naming.
