…s (CS-513) Requirement descriptions (the NIST "controls") get the same expandable multi-line editor already shipped for Control descriptions in #3078 — hover the ⤢ icon or right-click the Description cell to open a large editor. The original ticket said "control description"; the customer confirmed they meant the Requirements tab (NIST requirements = controls in their language). EditableCell already supports `expandable`; this enables it on the Requirements grid's Description column. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
