Add GraphAgent support in _run_async_impl so that when the wrapped agent is a GraphAgent, the tool result is retrieved from tool_context.state using STATE_KEY_LAST_RESPONSE.
- 问题：当前在SqlSessionService的实现中，默认创建DB的表中，update_time使用了sqlalchemy的func.now，但在更新时间时，使用了datetime.now，在sqlite实现里，func.now默认使用了utc的时间，而datetime.now不是utc的时间，导致append_event时，因时区不同，导致diff失败，warn告警 - 解决方案：总是使用func.now来更新时间
- 新增 CubeClientConfig 和 create_cube_sandbox_client，统一 Cube sandbox client 创建入口。 - 在 CubeSandboxClient 中支持可选 auto_recover，sandbox 过期或不存在时自动创建新 sandbox，并重试当前失败操作一次。 - 将 Cube 返回的 “requested resource does not exist” 识别为 sandbox 失效信号，用于触发自动恢复。 - 支持通过 CubeSandboxClient 直接创建 CubeWorkspaceRuntime，并暴露 sandbox 生命周期辅助方法。 - 新增共享 workspace runtime resolver helper，并通过 repository.get_workspace_runtime(ctx) 统一获取 skill repository 的 runtime。 - 更新 skill load/run/exec/stager 路径，统一使用 repository 级 workspace runtime，确保同一 repository 下的工具共享同一个 workspace runtime 上下文。
