Summary

Add a dedicated java-tron CI workflow reference based on GreatVoyage-v4.8.2.
Document workflow triggers, build environments, coverage gates, integration checks, scope validation, and cancellation behavior.
Link the new page from the developer guide, local development example, and site navigation.
