This PR fixes #620 by adding missing block tags to the block tags regex.
Smarty-pants was mangling quotes in the
videoelement, which should be hashed by_hash_html_blocks, butvideowas missing from_html5tagsand_block_tags_a. Adding it fixed this.I also added a bunch of other block-level tags listed on w3docs such as
canvas,dd,dtandaddress
