Part of #10554.
Split of #10680.

  • Renamed GetHeader to AdaptiveMessageItemHeaderRow.
  • Extract AdaptiveMessageItemHeaderRow to its own file.
  • Add previews for AdaptiveMessageItemHeaderRow composable.
  • Fix the space between the first and second line when in small mode.
  • Fix the subject pushing date out of the screen when in one-line mode.
