Performance Test for Cloud Events

• Added .sh files to run a performance test to check parallel sending of cloud events and ts. One file contains configurations for Edge, the other for TB.
• Changed SmartMeterTelemetryGenerator, now ts is generated from the initialization of the variable CREATE_TIME and is incremented by 1 each time the getNextMessage method is executed.
• Added another Scheduler through the CloudEventRestClientService class for parallel sending of CloudEvent, while the Scheduler for ts sends its messages.
