Closing this PR as the upgrade to zod v4 cannot be performed at this time.

Reason: This CLI exports 30+ zod schemas as part of its public API (e.g., zodTheCodegenConfiguration, zodAsyncAPIGenerators, etc.). Consumers depend on these schemas for configuration validation.

Upgrading to zod v4 would:

1. Change internal type signatures that consumers may depend on
2. Require a major version bump of this CLI
3. Potentially break downstream users

The zod v4 upgrade will need to be coordinated with a major release of this CLI.

See #354 for the consolidated dependency upgrade that includes the other Dependabot PRs.
