What does this PR do?
This PR addresses many (but most likely not all!) small inconsistencies with Rust and a few other minor changes. Mainly, missing rust links and references are added where appropriate. A couple other small inconsistencies are aligned as well.
Did a small rename of the rust quickstart path to match the pathing/naming of the other language sdks
Notes to reviewers
Added a vercel redirect for a renamed path (I'm assuming it's just done manually in vercel.json)
