Replace managed Hardware snapshots on reinstall

Outcome

• replace an older PC-assisted Robot Hardware snapshot when the pinned release changes
• preserve .blacknode-hardware robot configuration and pairing tokens
• stop and restart only active Blacknode Hardware services whose WorkingDirectory exactly matches the managed package
• restore the prior snapshot and services if environment setup fails
• return the installed Hardware commit in the installation result

Verification

• python -m pytest tests/test_editor_devices.py -q (142 passed)
• generated remote Bash script passes bash -n in tests

Managed Runtime release decision

No blacknode-runtime release is required. This changes editor-server delivery of the already merged Hardware package through the visible Hardware reinstall action; no Runtime service, API, supervision, or device bundle behavior changes.
