Source for the locatethelaw.com website
I've found the Library of Congress Guide to Law Online: U.S. States and Territories at http://www.loc.gov/law/help/guide/states.php to be a great source of raw material for this project.
The template for building these pages is at https://github.com/teknoids/locate-the-law/blob/master/_TEMPLATE-state.html. It uses JQuery Mobile to get a nice mobile feel to things.
