docs: record archive, in-app announcements, and required secrets - #204

Document the record archive and table trash record viewer, the in-app announcement admin page, and the self-hosted secrets that must now be configured before the server will start. Also correct three existing statements: the record-updated trigger now fires on watched computed field recalculations, imports and table duplicates no longer write record history, and SECRET_KEY no longer has a built-in default.
