Update help center docs for admin, sharing, and SSO

Summary

• Add and update admin panel docs for automation management, sandbox agent, license, and settings pages.
• Refresh base, table, view sharing, attachment, SSO, and self-hosted deployment docs in both English and Chinese.
• Convert SSO pages to MDX and clean up Mintlify callouts, metadata, and table formatting.
