Implemented label validation in umxModify to prevent runtime errors when updating model parameters. The function now checks if the specified labels exist in the model. If not, it provides a descriptive error message and suggests reversed labels for covariance paths if applicable.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 10521286875215682924 started by @tbates

Added a check in `umxModify` to verify if the labels provided in the `update` argument exist in the model parameters.
If labels are missing, the function now stops with an informative error message.
Added logic to suggest reversed labels for "with" paths (e.g. suggesting "b_with_a" if "a_with_b" is missing but "b_with_a" exists).
