The first full Vitest run produced 18 identical 15-second timeouts while host load was 69.13 on 32 CPUs; 527/557 tests passed and 12 skipped. Serial rerun of all 11 affected files passed 106/109 with 2 skipped and only the adaptive A/B test timing out. That test passed functionally in 30.141s with a diagnostic 60-second allowance. Untouched Knowledge 7.0.7 took 18.269s for the same test on the same host, also beyond its normal 15-second limit, so this is not caused by Eval 0.143. CI keeps the normal timeout and is the clean-run decision.
