Because
apps/cli-go/pkgis its own Go module and is listed as a separate Dependabot directory, updating only the top-level module leavesapps/cli-go/pkg/go.modatgoogle.golang.org/grpc v1.82.0. When that module is tested, published, or consumed directly outside the root module’sreplace/MVS, it still resolves the vulnerable version this PR is meant to remove, so the security bump is incomplete; please updateapps/cli-go/pkg/go.modandgo.sumas part of the same change.Useful?
