This PR addresses the link failures reported in #469.
IRISPy: Updated the documentation link in affiliated.rst (line 160) to the new stable URL.
Miniforge: Replaced the it.martinos.org link in the 2024 Anaconda blog post (line 87) with the official Miniforge GitHub repository. The original link was returning a 403 Forbidden error for automated link checkers.
Fixes #469
