New functionality added for accessing a StreamDeckCommandSender object from event handler functions to send commands to the Stream Deck software. When the
command_senderargument is included in the handler signature, the PluginManager will handle injecting the StreamDeckCommandSender instance.Tests have also been cleaned up a bit.
