All 3 failures are infra flakes: ppc64le failed to provision on IBM Power (storage provider out of free resources for 120 GB), and rhel-sap had a Docker image pull failure in the "Pull non-QA images" Ansible task (the same rhel-sap test passed in the other integration-tests workflow run). Konflux build passes, which is the merge criteria for release branch MintMaker PRs. Approving for 4.9.7.
