Summary
Adds bilingual AI network troubleshooting documentation with a copy-ready prompt for consumer AI assistants. The prompt includes rtp2httpd-specific knowledge for multicast, firewalls, interfaces, routing, FCC, Docker, and issue triage, while treating packet capture as an advanced fallback instead of the first diagnostic step.
User impact
Users can paste the prompt into ChatGPT, Gemini, Doubao, Qwen, DeepSeek, Kimi, or similar assistants without custom skill support. Both Chinese and English documentation sidebars link to the new page.
