Pull request overview
This PR synchronizes the FCC IP documentation agent memory checkpoint with the latest community reports from GitHub Issue #5. After reviewing 3 new community comments (March 3–8, 2026), no changes to the actual FCC IP address documentation were needed because all reported addresses were already present. Only the internal agent memory tracking file is updated.

The update log entry for 2026-03-09 (line 43) lists comment ID 3988244004 as one of the newly processed comments, but the earlier 2026-03-03 entry (line 45) already records processing this same comment ID. This is contradictory: if 3988244004 was already processed on 2026-03-03, it should not appear again in the 2026-03-09 batch. The 2026-03-09 entry likely intended to reference the two new comment IDs (3994879570 and 4018542569) rather than re-listing the previously processed one. The ID in the 2026-03-09 entry should be corrected to accurately reflect only the newly processed comments.
