Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp), [inquirer](https://github.com/SBoudrias/Inquirer.js), [eslint](https://github.com/eslint/eslint) and [release-it](https://github.com/release-it/release-it). These dependencies need to be updated together.
