This is a proposal to migrate the fermyon/otel-plugin to the spinframework org.
Maintainers
Why the otel-plugin should be made part of the spinframework org
The otel-plugin was created to make it easier to use OpenTelemetry with Spin applications. With the recent addition of wasi-otel to Spin, we feel that the otel-plugin continues to provide value to Spin users in such a way that it makes more sense to host it in the spinframework org.
