Pull Request Overview
Updates the PHP version matrix in the GitHub Actions workflow to align with PHP CodeSniffer's supported versions by removing older versions and adding the latest version.
- Removes PHP 7.0 and 7.1 from the test matrix
- Adds PHP 8.5 to the test matrix
