Extend report grouping to include Date and Week

What does this PR do?

Adds Date and Week options to the report grouping dropdown. The menu is starting to get a bit long, but I think it's still reasonable:

I've updated the frontend, exported reports and shared reports. There is one call I made that I didn't ask about first - when grouping by week, I made "Week 1" include the year. I felt this made reports easier to follow when they span multiple years. Screenshots below.
