Introduce Node.js JSI bindings and wpt-runner smoke workflow so Web Platform Tests can run against the library without the graph-refactor branch changes. Adds a minimal RN_AUDIO_API_NODE audio driver path in AudioContext for the Node addon build only. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
