This PR expands the admin profile command to collect PPROF profiles from LOOP Plugins, in addition to the host process. It also adds a -vitals flag.

So the new test validates that the command itself is working and the files are being created, but I am only seeing Limited exceeded or empty files for the plugins 🤔
