1. Changed files and why
- tasks/rails-sample.yaml: updated the coder prompt to request a hello endpoint instead of a health endpoint (`GET /hello` returning `{"message": "hello"}`), while keeping test expectations and all pipeline settings unchanged.
2. Assumptions and open questions
- Assumed the requested change applies to the sample task definition in this repository (which orchestrates work on a separate Rails repo), since this repository does not host a web server with routes to edit directly.
